When you register interest in a course via WhatsApp, you share your name, phone number and email address with our admissions team. When you create an account (once accounts launch), we store your profile details, learning progress, XP, achievements and certificates.

We also collect standard technical information, device type, browser and pages visited, to keep the platform fast and secure.

We use your information to enrol you in courses, track and display your learning progress, issue certificates, respond to your questions and, with your consent, send you course updates and career content.

We never sell your personal information to third parties.

Before accounts launch, your progress, streaks, XP, wishlist and achievements are stored locally in your browser (localStorage). This data never leaves your device until you choose to create an account, at which point it can be synced to your profile.

Account data is stored with Supabase, our database provider, protected by row-level security so each learner can only access their own records. Payments (once launched) will be processed by licensed providers, we never store card or mobile-money PINs.

You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or complete deletion of your account and history at any time by contacting us. We respond to all requests within 30 days.

We use only essential cookies and local storage needed for the platform to function (theme preference, session, learning progress). We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
